I can promise you have made it.
Obviously I get the need to make more, people always want to progress so I respect the need to always hustle and go higher.
But most will never get anywhere near what you make, all while only working 15 days out of the month for roughly 38 hours per week if you were to average it out.
You've made it on every level bro. So many more work longer for less and always will."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

that feel when lawbrah
that feel when earning way above my average pay in my field and at my age
that feel when self-employed
that feel when you're about to start a little operation on the side to become a double senior/supervisor
that feel when nobody calls me an assistant
that feel when my assistants go on sick leave every fukking month thoPermanent reminder that MBisonSon is a fgt => https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=181456073

THIS
I like your positivity. Thanks man
Wow didn't think I'd find another PA on this forum. Weekdays off are my favorite perk. Reps.
Good luck mayne
I weighed those same options and chose PA for increased scope of practice and better income. It was not easy.
Not sure why the negativity man. You're doing well for yourself it seems

Nice job. Of course, you could have made double by being an ER attending, but then you wouldn't be 26 when you're done with residency, and you'd have a lot of debt to pay back. I think you made an excellent choice.
As a PA in a small ER, are you completely independent, or do you still have to get an attending physician to lay eyes or sign off on what you're doing? Do you also see all cases, or are you in a more restricted "track" in the ED (for instance, only seeing certain acuity cases, with the more serious stuff going to the MDs?) Just curious, either way, congrats!

Why of all places would you choose to live in LA to do this job? You are literally poverty level there when you could do this job anywhere else and be living well...makes zero sense to me. Also just from a curiosity perspective, what is the upside of this career, I can't imagine it getting much higher.
