It depends. If it's something like, "hey thanks doc" I don't. If they say "Dr. Zpaintballer" or ask if I am their doctor, I do.

Yes but not at the same time. EMT was tough during undergrad because of the hours and it was a long drive.
PT aid job was on campus and I could easily work 20 hours a week without added stress
