How accurate is it that your body can only process approx 30 to 35g protien per sitting. Anymore goes to waste?

There is a limit to how much protein your body can use to build muscle at once (diminishing rates of return), but your body will process all of the protein that you eat (assuming you're not eating to the point of making yourself ill).
In other words, 20g of whey after a workout can help you build muscle. 40g of whey after a workout can help you build more muscle (but not twice as much). 60g of whey after a workout is likely no better than 40, but your body will process all 60g. If it didn't, then you'd be ill.
Also, keep in mind that the amount of leucine varies in different protein sources. 40g of whey may be as much as can be useful for you to build muscle with at a time, but it would be more for a protein source that had less leucine in it, e.g. chicken.You can't help the hopeless.

Its just crazy that all the best bodybuilders in the world are also more juice than a race horse, and people fail to use logic and realize that anabolics skew the whole system, and not a good foundation of a constant
