Gulliani must feel like a dagger has been slipped into his back. Just like Chris Christie whose only crime was to prosecute Trumps son in law's corrupt father.
So someone like Rudy who has been fiercely loyal and at least has some qualifications and experience to do the job, has been overlooked in preference of someone who only backed Trump late in the race and has absolutely no experience outside of being a company man for Exxon for all his life.
This decision makes absolutely no logical sense. Especially coming almost immediately after the CIA found that Russia influenced the election, and now we have someone given a special Russian 'friendship' badge running foreign policy.
Hopefully it's just a deliberate fake leak before he appoints someone remotely qualified.It's just a ride...
