    Deadlift technique check

    Hey all ,
Set a PR today on deadlift for 665lbs.
It was a bit if a grinder. Just wondering what your thoughts are on my form and if it's seems to be breaking down on max attempt.
    Appreciate you feedback.
    Thanks

Grats on the PR. I see nothing wrong. If anything, it might get red lights for soft knees.

great PR!! I hit 260kg in a comp a few weeks back. Would love to get to 300kg one day!!

Soft knees means your knees appear to be slightly bent on your lockout. Usually this happens when the lifter is unable to fully lockout at the top and tries to give the appearance as if everything is straight (back and legs). In your case, even if it is a soft lockout (which it may not be), you haven't done it intentionally, so an easy fix.

Form also looked pretty good. Some may criticize that you brought your hips a touch too low but this sometimes helps get more quad activation (and many top level guys use this style).
