For me it would be something fruity like Fruity Pebbles or something like that. I always am looking for something lite and refreshing and think this could do very well.

And how about some hard candy flavors like the Jolly Rancher line; green apple being my favorite. Although you probably couldn't use the Jolly Rancher name but they had some great flavors.

I love the idea of rich, dessert-like flavors - things like cinnamon apple pie, New York style cheesecake, etc.

However, that being said, I think a huge opportunity would be something light and refreshing - like a sports drink.

Why? Most people consume scoops of whey postworkout, and after I've really nailed a tough workout sometimes it takes awhile for even something as simple as chocolate or vanilla to be palatable. Something similar in taste - light, crisp, maybe a little sour but definitely sweet - like a Gatorade (lemonade, green apple, mango, strawberry kiwi) would be awesome when you're stomachs a little sensitive from destroying yourself in a squat rack.
