perhaps look into seeing a therapist. maybe look into supplementing phenibut and/or l-theanine. phenibut is like benzo without the side effects apparently.

edit: also, high dose (at least 7g) vitamin c at a time. chit is magic. good before bed too if you have sleep issues.

I know that feel bro. I have had that happen to me before. You just have to try to force yourself to get out there. Even just going out to check the mail or walk around the block will help. Immersing yourself back into public will slowly allow you to adapt to the anxiety of being around people again.
