    4 day routine that does bicep/tricep the same day?

    Can someone point me in the right direction? Should I do chest/back, shoulders/calves, legs, bicep/tricep?

    I want to do bicep and tricep the same day

    it's a bit unbalanced as you actually train your bigger muscles once (chest and back) and your smaller muscles twice (once directly, once indirectly).

    So, i'd go for an upper-lower split: U/L/rest/U/L/rest/rest
