Beginner: Trying to loose weight please help.

So Hi guys for those who will read this can I please have some advice for proper workout plan and some tips?
i'm having trouble dropping weight because 6 months ago I looked liked the 1st picture before going to the gym and the 2nd one is my 1 month progress where I dropped 17kgs and I always feel exhausted because I cut all my carbs and then I only eat a few. The 3rd picture is my current body where still the side belly fat remains (annoys me alot especially cardio where it bounce everywhere haha!) and so I was trying to get my mom to support me especially my diet and she told me if I can drop my side belly fat before new year, she will support me and also come with me at the gym because she is also fat af (haha!) and I'm worried about her current condition because she is always sick so I'm giving with all my effort to make her loose weight and make her feel good about herself. Any tips for proper nutrition and proper workout? hahaha sorry for the long post. Also I'm only 16 so I'm still with my mom

The most important thing for weight loss is diet. The second most important thing is exercise. A good workout for beginners is Stronglifts 5x5.

Here's the main 3 things you need to do for fat loss and muscle retention:

    1. Eat in a small-moderate caloric deficit (around 20% below maintenance calories)
    2. Eat enough protein (around 1g per pound of lean body mass)
    3. Do resistance exercise (a full body routine like ICF 5x5 or even something like Lyle's GBR)

The only thing that is hard for me is that I don't take whey protein as it makes my acne go boom haha but instead I eat a lot of nuts, egg whites, and chicken breast for my protein and also cottage cheese but I don't think that it is enough. What do you mean by strong lifts?

Stronglifts is a beginner strength program.

the part about your mom being fat af made me LOL

anyway, follow a tested routine that works (Fierce 5 for instance). I don't think you look fat as you say, jut a bit of hips but i have seen waaaay worse (PS good progress).

I would not be on a deficit....eat your maintenance and see what's going on. Given your age, you will probably build some muscle and lose fat !

    Keep it up !
