Does this nutritional information seem reasonable?

    Hello all,

    http :// www . jamieoliver . com /recipes/eggs-recipes/protein-pancakes/

In this recipe for protein pancakes, the ingredients listed are for 4 servings. Today, I made 2 servings (half of everything given). After blending everything in the blender, the mixture seemed very little (about 250ml). I cooked it in one go in a pan, and it was very tiny. As a result, it took about 1 min to chow my yummy pancake down!

My question is, is the given nutritional information correct? For 2 servings which I had, we have:
    792 calories, 36.8g fat, 5.6g saturates, 34.8g protein, 89.8g carbs, 57.8g sugar, 0.76g salt, 13.2g fibre

I'm quite sceptical about this since it took very little time to make and eat

Thanks for any answers in advance!

I'll let you do the leg work. Use myfitnesspal or any online food nutrient content calculator (hell, even Google will tell you the details - just type "how many calories in "xx food") for those ingredients and the quantities involved. Once you know how many calories and whatever nutrients the ingredients contain, you'll have an answer if the information is correct on that site or not.

    doesnt seem too far fetched

off the top of my head
    100g of oats= 400cal
    2 eggs= 140
    1 banana= 150
    4 tablespoon of almond butter= 300-400cal

these ingredients alone bust the 796 cal, so yeah
