    Workout program suggestions?

    Hey, I've been running PHAT for a really long time and think its time for a change as in starting to to stall on my lifts. Can anyone reccomend a good workout program? I've also done project mass and smolov jr.

    Squats:405x3
    Bench:235x3
    Deadlift:405x3
