Is steak everyday bad when clean bulking?(it's what i've been eating everyday for like the past 2 weeks.. lol.)
I make sure that i get lean top round. cut the visible fat.. and cook it in the foreman grill to dry the fat.
The meat is dry and tough as hell, so i know that it is rather lean.
Would chicken breasts +olive oil be a better choice?
I.E wat is the saturated fat content in lean beefs? Is there any EFAS?
thnx

I was in Tampa for work a couple weeks ago, and I could spend up to $50 per day on food. So I would go to the gym, then stop at the local steakhouse and get a 12oz New York Strip. I think I did this 8 times. I gained 6 lbs and had all my lifts go up by 10 lbs the following week. I'm a believer in steak!

round cuts are actually really cheap here in Irvine.
1.97/lb is what i paid last week.
The 2 lbs that i bought lasted me 4-5 dinners. and the cost was only 4$ ish.
BTW round has like 8 grams of fat per serving... does anyone know how much of this is saturated fat... also does it contain any omega 6/3s?

Steaks contain fats, even the 'leaner' ones do too. I personally like flax, but with a steak, I'd go with olive oil with some garlic pieces...better tasting
strength & size were the side effects. also libido went way up and injuries went way down.
couldn't recommend it higher.

steak! my favorite cutting protein!
I am on a cutting and bulking diet right now. I do this: buy steaks in bulk when they are on sale or go to Costco or Sams Club and stock up. Freeze most of them. I prefer sirloin, tri-tip and top round when cutting. Marinate them in garlic, spices, etc. Eat them with green salads with walnut oil (essential fats) yummy!!! I am down to 10%. When I started the diet I was at 13% so I am getting there. Never felt better in my life. Nothing beats a grilled steak with garlic! Skip the potatos and crap carbs and eat the meat.

Don't cook your steak so much bro, it makes the proteins less digestible from what i've read. Medium at most.
I posted on this about a year or so ago there should be some posts on it in the archives.

ANd to me there's not much better food in life then a good steak!

I see a thread about steak so let me join. I bought some Top Sirloin Choice. How in the world do I get the nutrional facts? I went to the USDA Site but they have like 3 different versions of it. Any ideas?

Eating steak on a cut is great. Not too much though cause it can get boring quick. Mix things up a little. Make sure its a cut your stomach can digest with comfort.
