I was really skinny, i got to about 162 at 5'11.. i want to keep going.. i know i am still skinny.

Nothing changed for me. I've never been cold approached. I've always had to do it myself even after lifting.
I have a friend who has a 10/10 body and facial aesthetics. The type that is naturally jacked with no lifting and chicks cold approach him all the time.
It's the way the world is.

Don't ever EVER lift for girls, it doesn't fuking matter, srs...as long as you're not fat or skinny they don't care, lift for yourself or stop NOW, if youre shredded to the bone with busted face and no game you won't get anywhere...I started lifting for myself and after 8yrs still lifting for myself...btw since u asked I got the most attention when I was 160lb 8-9yrs ago lifting 1-2x a week and doing push-ups at home
