Id love to log them, but im kinda limited on time due to work. I can log, just im not on set program at moment and may only get couple 30min workouts in a week. I will be opening up a little more soon and get back to a program based off of eric helms training pyramid book.
As for diet, im about 3 weeks in @2500 cals (214p, 167f, 25 net carbs). I am down to 310 from 335 last month(i know good chunk was water, but headed right).... Workout started to drag, but due to keto (and fasted on top of that) ...recently added pes cafe select w/quest mct oil. Wow thats made huge difference thats made. Im sure the pre and bhb would really help

Remember a true keto diet is low in protein. I would keep your protein intake right around 200 grams per day. You can increase your daily carb intake to 50 grams or a touch higher if needed
With three weeks in, I'm sure your body is adjusting well? Tweak your intake every weekalienshave.com - Shave Smarter

samples? Im not sure if we have any....both products are new. I can ask HQ tomorrow (Monday) if we have any. However, Im not sure if a sample or two will be enough to determine if the product is right for you (other than flavor ofc). If you know enough about your diet and feel these BPI keto products will be helpful then it surely can help your progress..- Spot for sale

Peptide bonded (oligopeptides) BCAA's are instantly absorbed. (In this case, the quicker the better). Incorporating BCAA's with a keto diet will prevent the body from burning muscle and continue to burn more fat. BCAA's will also help combat brain fog, very common with keto diets. Slower recovery times are another issue with keto diets. I recommend a (5g scoop) every three or four hours. Some feel BCAA's can spike insulin levels which could kick one out of ketosis. I haven't noticed this with my last few runs. Using a meter and paying close attention to your body is the only way to tell if you're falling out of ketosis. So, to answer your question...the combination of oligopeptides and the salts used in KETO Amino's will promote extended periods of fat burning, increase muscle recovery and endurance levels.

Were you still looking for loggers for keto amino? I have been running keto since early september and have lost 20 lbs thus far. Only thing taking is MCT oil, multi/fishoil, greens and fiber supplement. With energy I have have been able to kick my 1 g plus a day of caffeine down to 0.... Was extremely interested in trying this, as the product I was previously using Keto CaNa is just too expensive for the amount I train.
