Definitely leaning towards doing a form 1 SBR Sig 516. I've read in a few places form 1 tends to get approved faster. Anyone care to share experiences?
In other news, bummed I don't get to go to 2017 SHOT but I'll probably be there the following year. Office is going to be empty in my department. Pretty much the whole team goes but I'm too new to make the list this time around. On the upside I was advised that it would be the best time for me to run some more academy courses on company time.

FYI shooting a silenced MPX SBR at a demo event Sig was hosting is one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Absolutely obsessed with the thing. Putting my lightweight AR build on hold until I can save up for one + a silencer + two tax stamps.

I bought a TRS-25 when I was scrambling to build an AR while unemployed after the Bernardino thing. It's decent enough but it seems like it has parallax issues and there are clearly different models (some with emitter @ 4:00 some with the emitter @ 6:00).
