For those of your familiar with the Anabolic Diet, do you feel that Quest bars are a safe option considering they have 25 grams of carbs yet 5 grams of "net carbs".
Not a lot of research on this as well as many not agreeing to the "net carb" concept.
Any info will help and reps!

It's an arbitrary diet with a name; eat Quest Bars if you like them, don't if you do not.

I have tried several diets and didnt get any benefit till I found an interesting article about foods that can increase testosterone. The natural diet is the best one as if you know male hormone testosterone is the most important for muscle building and other spheres of man's life https://ambrossimo.com/foods-increase-testosterone/. Now I have designed my own diet which includes seafood, vegetables and fruit more than other products.
