    Questions about protein/creatine/other suppliments

Hey, I just recently started working out, and I have no idea when do you take protein and stuff like that. Like do you take it after, before or during workout? Can I start taking protein even though I'm going to the gym just for a week? What amount of those suppliments would 17 y/o 67kg 1,77 m teen would need to take?

You don't need any supplements. Regular food is better. Whey protein is just protein. It's not some elixir of the gods. The only reason you'd need to take protein powder is if you have a hard time getting your daily protein needs through your food. (The minimum amount of protein you need is .8 grams per pound of bodyweight. 1 gram per pound is the max) You don't need creatine either. It does increase your strength, but it's not necessary at all. It has been linked to baldness as well though, but that hasn't been 100% proven.

well creatine is taken in 5 grams. In regards to protein you should read articles here about nutrition, then you will understand what protein is and how to supplement with it.
