Yes, BSN Syntha-6 is a great protein. Little high on the carbs/calories (Depending on you needs/goals and how it fits your diet), but the flavor and texture are excellent as is the overall quality and consistency.Originally Posted by 1wrestler31

Very good tasting protein and perfectly fine. Fit properly into your diet and you'll see results.

It's a well known brand. But it's extremely difficult to judge the effectiveness of protein powder.
