Sorry for it being so late. Will try to upload pics starting Sunday, guys! I'm just starting this thread right now so I don't forget, lol. Been getting home late from the gym recently. Gotta make ALL KINDS of gains, lol.
Line getting into the buffet, lol. There's a good deal where you pay a certain amount of money and can hit up the buffet for 3 meals. Comes out to a pretty good deal compared to eating at 3 different places.
Yogurt mixed with oatmeal, the other bowl is more oatmeal, some egg whites, french toast (got some syrup later after my dad told me where it was) and a donut. I went pretty hard on the food this time around. Normally I'm like starving the whole trip. Not this time.
Juliana Malacarne got put on the center of the Olympia poster! Great stuff. She's earned it, and I'm glad to see the Women's Physique Division get that level of honor.

When he does start posting again it's just going to be a page or two of random crap before he gets anything related to the Olympia. Happens every year
It is with people like you that this sport will never grow. "When you say, everything and anything to be pro, do you mean even to turn HOMO?...

#HereWeGoAgain time to eat dinner and then off to #MeetTheOlympians
started dinner with a salad
An oatmeal cookie, chocolate chip cookie, veggies, and prime rib
one of my favorite pro bodybuilders, Cedric McMillan. big, yet very aesthetic with a tight waist
The line to Meet the Olympians is all the way outside the building! XD

Women's Physique competitor, Kira Neuman who placed 2nd at Olympia last year. <3
Really nice girl to talk with, and she seems genuinely excited to be there. A joy to be around.
The arena
Jeff Seid
Me with 212 men's bodybuilding competitor, Shaun Clarida. Huge inspiration to me because he competes at a bodyweight of 160 lbs and gives everyone out weighing him by 50 lbs a run for their money. Didn't place in top 5 at the Olympia, but the fact he's even there is awesome. Came in shredded, too.
I believe this is Kim Jun Ho. The company he's with also had him giving out free small tubs of glutamine and a shaker bottle. Pretty cool.

Most of the pictures are a little bit lower quality than usual this year cus I took most of the pics on my phone instead of my camera, since I wanted to post more pics to ******** and Instagram this year as I was taking them.
Jose Raymond looking grainy. I think we've seen him a bit harder and even grainier before, but that tells you something about how great he is. 212 division is super competitive. Being slightly off can drop you 3-4 spots. Couldn't wait to see the comparisons. Big fan of a lot of these guys.
Lil Monstar, Dani Raerdon, Women's Physique competitor. Placed 4th last year(and 2nd this year!), proving Women's Physique isn't about size, but balance, shape, and proportion. She's awesome to talk with, too. She's a big ball of positive energy. Proof that great things can come in small packages.
Met Alina, the CEO/Founder Of Fit Hustle clothing. #respectthegrind #grindforgains #entrepreneur Pic came out a little blurred cus I'm not used to taking pics in selfie mode
Another pic with Dani Reardon. Had to post this second pic cus i just realized she was wearing Yoda slippers. XD

Pic with Juliana Malacarne and Arash Rahbar. #powercouple #ALLthegains #swolemates So grateful that they agreed to take a pic with me together because Juliana already had to go so she could get another coat of tan on before her competition, which was the next day. Great representative for the Women's Physique Division, and Arash is a great representative for Classic Physique.
Jon Irrizary, amateur bodybuilder and Youtuber from Dallas, Texas. Really cool to see a Youtuber and fellow Texan here as a fan. On a sidenote, last I checked, he started working with Hany Rambod. He was talking about doing some sort of food challenge with one of his friends that night, but he ended up deciding against it so that his stomach wouldn't be bloated while walking around at the expo the next day.
Natalia (forgot her last name, sorry! i think it's Coehlo) an IFBB Figure pro competing at the Olympia...at only 20 years old!
Derek Farnsworth. Competing in Classic Physique. Glad they made the new division because this guy's physique is definitely Olympia worthy. Just simply isn't as big as the guys in the open or 212 division
Ms. Figure Olympia, Latorya Watts. Really cool girl. She lives in Vegas, and if I remember correctly, in an interview she said she used to be a card-dealer there.

yeah cus the front of my head has thinning hair. I noticed after the second haircut it seemed to start growing back a little more evenly though. I'm guessing having it longer for so long was causing me to pull out some hair every time I shampooed. So, i might grow it out again sometime.
Weight keeps going up and down between like 195 and 200 all this time I been trying to diet, lol. But every time I hit 200 again, it's a leaner 200, and my pants are fitting looser. Can even see my abs a little bit since i learned how to hit the ab-and-thigh pose from a Kenny Wallach posing seminar vid.
I wanna compete next year though. So my plan is hitting 170 or 160 and maintaining from there. Then, 4 months out from competition, go balls-out with the diet. I'm guessing I'd need to be 140 to be stage-ready cus I seen Dexter Jackson's posing vid from his first competition, and he was 138 there (and we're about the same height).
Will do! If not tonight, hopefully tomorrow. Might not be able to tonight because it's leg day. Really gonna try keeping the pace quick today though, and started doing cardio again. Been doing supersets the past few months, and my cardio has gotten better from it (cus I compared what I was able to do on the stationary bike to what I was able to do on it several months ago before i started doing the supersets), but i know i gotta start doing normal cardio on top of that if I wanna drop weight a little more easily.

I'm 5'5.5" actually. Some of the guys in the 212 and Classic Physique are short. Derek Farnsworth is really short. Great proportions though. Same goes for Shaun Clarida. Those guys are huge inspirations for me. Makes me delusional enough to think I can go pro if enough people show up off.
Mad props to those guys. They give us shorter guys hope.

Still grateful they took the pic though. At the Flex Comics booth
With crossfitter, Katie Hogan at the Slingshot booth (Mark Bell's booth, some of you may know him from the Supertraining gym youtube channel)

With Omar Isuf, one of the coolest #jackedandpale youtubers, looking extra bro, lol. #keepit100 #bromance #bodybuilding #juicy
Regan Grimes. Big guy with a great structure. Newly turned pro, one of the taller guys. Lookin forward to seeing his progress over the years.
Me with Mike Rashid, owner of I'm So Alpha, and new CEO/President of Gifted Nutrition.
I bought the Accelerate preworkout and BYLT intraworkout there, so they gave me a fast-pass, which means i could cut to the front of the line for people wanting to speak with Mike, but i felt bad doing that especially since one of the people ahead of me was in crutches or wheelchair(can't remember). so i decided to wait.
Talked with him a little bit, and he said he was planning on keeping the same products and might come out with a few new ones since he feels the target market is probably a little different from his own supplement line. I thanked him for keeping BYLT (the intra-workout supplement) because it's actually a pretty good hydration supplement. Sustamine (glutamine bonded with alanine) actually has clinical studies backing it up as a hydration supplement. I don't think it would benefit bodybuilders as much as endurance athletes though. Personally, I like it because I sweat much more than the average person, so when I do longer, higher volume workouts, i tend to dehydrate and be prone to cramps, especially on a leg day. I feel this workout helped out a lot with that, along with taking Accelerate preworkout (cus it also has minerals), and of course adding salt to my food throughout the day helps. He said he was thinking about talking with his R&D group to see about making an RTD (ready-to-drink) version of BYLT cus he thinks it might be able to compete with Gatorade. I think that would be an awesome idea.
Cool lion statue while waiting at a traffic light
Lee Haney, one of my favorite bodybuilders, and in my opinion the greatest of all time!

Evan Centopani
Awesome, inspirational Youtubers, Chelsealifts and Obese to Beast. <3
Me with Youtuber and former competitor, Jerry Ward, also known as Bios3training. Love his Youtube channel and think it's cool that he came up with the idea of Intracell7 - a pre/intraworkout product. What I like is that I was already using most of those ingredients myself with good results but having to buy different products to combine. Now one product has all those ingredients in one place, making it a little more convenient. I wanted to buy one for myself, but ended up buying one for a friend to try out.
