I haven't had a match on Tinder in like 8 months though (no, I don't have high standards.. I have basically no standards) so that well seems to have dried up. POF and other similar sites are equally useless.

I have no ability to approach women in real life (like I said, I'm a coward), and I have no hobbies outside of my home (and I'm not interested in taking any up; all outdoor hobbies suck), so the only way I can "meet" women is online, and like I said, that well is now dry.

Despite medical and scientific proof, I still think that depression is something you can control. Yes everyone get's sad and down but to beat yourself down every single day is absurd. I just broke up with a fling for 3 weeks and I thought I was depressed until battle assembly where I went out and drank.

1) Start connecting to people more...
2) Stop living in your mind, and start expressing yourself without as much inhibition as before
3) Work on making other people happy (you in turn will be happy)
4) Join some social/volunteering clubs

It all came in around a 2 year spurt. Nothing for my first 34 years, then 5 girls in 2 years, and now nothing again since May of this year. It's a good thing I'm used to it, but it sucks when you think maybe you won't have to be alone for a while and of course, you're wrong. Hope is the mind killer.

The only way you can't get a girl to hug you, is if you don't talk or have any social connections, period. And that's literally impossible unless you have a crippling disease that impairs your ability to have social interactions...which he just admitted.

Getting a kiss takes more effort because now you have to convince a girl you have value, which takes more than just interaction, but sheer confidence.

Yeah I've started to lose a lot of weight and I'm no longer overweight but I think I'm stil a high body fat percentage (no idea how to measure though)
