Hello, so the off-season for football is coming up and I need to pack on about 20 pounds as I am on the o-line in college and need to be bigger (in a good way) and a lot stronger. And besides working out in the gym so much I'll probably live there, I was planning on taking a mass/weight gainer to help pack on the pounds. And before you ask, if I eat a ton of food at my school. I'm going to be fat as hell because all of their food is super unhealthy. So i need to know which mass gainer is the best? Which one will help me gain weight and increase strength by a lot without gaining that much fat so I can still move on the o-line effectively.

Mass Gainer wont do chit if your overall diet is not good. Its nothing magic. All a mass gainer is is sugar powder. You hink supplements will magically make u stronger and bigger but they dont. Supplements have very little effect on our bodies.
You need to educate yourself on nutrtion man. Check out my Basic Sports Training Guide in my signature below. There you can learn everything about nutrition.Basic Football / Sports Training Guide:

peanut butter, chocolate milk and a handful of trail mix (make your own), protein powder added to a smoothie (carb rich). There's lots of things you can use instead of a mass gainer. If mixed according to package directions (usually 4 scoops) mass gainers are mainly good at separating money from your wallet. Periodically, if you need some carb and protein and can't get something good to eat for awhile then a mass gainer, mixed at a low dose (2 scoops, so roughly 300 calories - 15g protein), can be useful but their are much better ways of accomplishing the same thing. Get your nutrition on point. There's a nutritionist on STACK that has some videos you might find useful.

Hmmmmmm, wasnt a weir mass gainers were sports specific. Thank you for this info OP-chan
Also just eat in a caloric surplus and have decent macros and you will gain size. There is no gain muscle without gaining fat, especially if you are eating chit like mass gainers"Inside... Something... Doesn't feel right...
Maybe... Because... I'm rotting"
