It is the best supplement that I have used for taking an edge off anxiety. Nothing has been comparable. You have to adjust the dosages to fit your needs.

And it’s cheap too! Very affordable. Only negative I hear is that your body gets used to it fairly quick leading to larger doses sooner than later. Those aren’t my words, I’ve never tried so that could also be bs. But not surprised it worked so well for you. I hear a lot of that. I don’t battle anxiety, but at times I can get pretty stressed leading to slight anxiety. Stress is common I would say anxiety isn’t as much but this sure does sound like it could help.

Kids are doing great. Getting big. My 1 year old is also scooting pretty good now. Job is going well. In a routine now. Training has definitely taken a hit, but I still find time to get after it when I can. How’s everything going with you?

Everything is good. I started a part time job that's taking up a lot of my time. I haven't lifted on a consistent basis for a month.

Picked up a couple 114g tubs of ******** Beta Alanine with the second one 50% off. Never used BA solo before...just had it as an ingredient in pre-workouts. Very easy to drink down with water. BA has a slight sugar type taste to it.
