    Uneven Shoulders

So... if you look at my progress photos you can see that the problem has improved a bit.. but my left shoulder is still significantly higher than my right. I do work at a desk, but it's my right that uses the mouse and it elevated more often than my left. I'm thinking it might be that I tend to sleep on my left side with my arm under my pillow.

Anyway... I don't notice this issue until I take pictures, but it has obviously persisted even as I've progressed.

First.. is it that one shoulder is elevated too much (too high) or is it that one is too low (depressed)?

Second, any ideas for correcting this issue?

Ha ha, if I gave you a list of my imperfections and imbalances I could go on for days. Few people's skeletal and muscular structure is perfect and balanced, it's just another genetic reason why the elite in the Physique game are at the top.

No serious neck/back injuries. I had some whiplash when I was rear ended by a semi in 2002... but didn't suffer any structural injuries, just minor whiplash. I'm thinking whatever imbalance is going on might be getting better... looks like my current photo is better than my before photo, at least.

True... I just read somewhere that uneven shoulders an lead to lifting injuries if not corrected... of course, the solution offered in that article was little more than getting a massage. lol.
