    I need a lifting program for today's work out

    hey going to the gym soon, people say I must grow - bulk - lift.

    here is my picture. please advice me .

    i like to do one day back one day chest and one day harms.

    well, if you need someone to make a workout for you, then i'm assuming that you're new. go to the teenbodybuilding section and read the beginners guide to bodybuilding sticky. it has some good information about making lifting routines, nutrition, etc. if your main focus is to bulk up a bit, then try bodybuilding until you obtain enough muscle mass to satisfy yourself.
