I'm having some issues with deadlift form and I'm not sure where I'm messing it up. I have tried to play with hips high and low, trying to get the bar under my shoulders but it seems like my hips are typically popping up first and is not a fluid motion. I dropped the weight to 225 to try and get form right but it still seems off. Any advice would be appreciated.

When I touch and go I seem to be much smoother which is why I'm really trying to reset and start new each rep to figure out what im missing
