I've had this pain in both my shoulders for almost 5 years now and there's nothing I can do. I can't do lateral raises even with a 5lb dumbbell.
I do full body workouts, and I can do 1 or maybe 2 shoulder exercises every 2 days.
I've noticed there's almost no gainz on my side delts, although the front and back are improving. I tried doing upright rows but I've seen too many people criticizing the workout. I do military press and they only hit the front shoulders.
Is it possible to grow the sides without doing side raises?
