I'm not very outgoing most days, and I don't think my facial aesthetics are anything special, but I have a few different friend groups I hang out with and I meet women because of them all the time. You just gotta get a few buddies who like to go out drinking or go to events, you'll eventually meet their other friends, and those people's friends and it's a giant chain of meeting people. Besides, if you meet a girl and end up going out, I guarantee she'll get sick of you always being around. Unless you have a number of hobbies that get you away from the house, but in that case you would probably have friends.
