So I've been using weights since I was around 13/14 and this is the stage I'm at now. Just wondering your guy's thoughts and what you think I could do to improve.
Also could anyone give me a rough estimate of my BFP (body fat percentage) as I am unable to find out myself due to the lack of equipment.
I have only been using 2 dumbbells and a bench to achieve what I am at this moment which I am somewhat proud of and I have only been to a gym which didn't really supply weights so the majority
of my accomplishment was through my 'home gym'.
