I was going to ask Admin to do this but I forgot. Besides, this is a competition I put on for the miscers that lift. The only exception to this I make is I post up a thread in the Female Misc since these woman-hating, basement dwelling neckbeards have run them all off
On the next one I am definitely going to see if I can have Admin make it a forum announcement for at least a week or two.You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Yep you nailed that easy. good for 235@164
Not much "push" to it, but there was a shyt ton of "press" involved
Edit: Will add you to the leaderboard tomorrow. My school computer is not being very friendly with editing the leaderboad... or viewing the leaderboard.... lol it took 45 seconds just to show the first postYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

I never did a push press before in my life, but I like this initiative and there's no entry yet for the 165lbs class so here's mine. Eurobrah so it's in kg. Bar is 15kg, 2x10kg and 1x5kg on each side = 65kg total, 143.3lbs in old money. I weighed in at 73.2kg = 161.4lbs. Hope I did everything right, lemme know!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IMU5tYq5PUOld numbers, not as strong now :(
standing overhead press: 154 lbs
30deg incline bench press: 225 lbs
barbell reverse lunge: 269 lbs
weighted pullup: 261 lbs (total)

Old sig, had a tear in my supraspinatus and stopped going heavy
edit: fuark this is confronting, I just tried 154 and couldn't lock it out. Can't believe I pressed this without leg drive less than a year ago. Will train for this and try to get at least 154 up before the end of this contest (Dec 4th).Last edited by GimpManlet; 11-02-2016 at 02:27 PM.

It appears I'm still the only woman to enter this, where are you ladies at?? Anyway I've been practicing for a few weeks, improved a lot with form and wt.
Thanks Penny
Great job to all who entered so far, this is one tricky, humbling lift to learn. Hopefully a lot more will enter soon!Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

@GimpManlet, good lift. And in jeans and collar shirt. The Euro brahs know how to dress sharp lol. Nice scream at the end. Your test levels go up 500% when you use my username like that! Repped!
@thehobbes, good lift, mirin the shoulders as you walk towards the camera. Them delts looking pumped up. Repped for putting in two entries an being the only one on the leaderboard. You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Sounds like my Friday night
Not sure about anyone else, but I am a preworkout junky, so I would be interested, on the 1 in 100 chance I place, of trying that out. If you do get the support and want to change it, let me know. Apparently my editing abilities were never updated, so they still workYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

OK, I'll see what I can do!
Also, rawfusion bars are 30% off. They're insanely good, the most popular vegan bar in the store, rated 9.2, made from real food. Two make a badass meal replacement...
