I'll update all the addons here in a little bit.
Raining like cats and dogs here, not much to do. Hope everyone has a good weekend with great choices.
This is always a hard on for me as my daughter is here so I try to find a balance with eating normal and having a fun weekend and a diet . If I gain less than 2 lbs its a success lol as it's usually just water retention

Was looking for this thread when I saw last months, not sure how I missed it until today.. Anyways, I'm in. I currently weight 165lbs on the dot. I've been losing weight for the past few months and decided to get back on this site in the last week or two. I guess I'll go for 12lbs in 9 week. I'm not THAT heavy, but I'm only 5'5 so my BF percentage is still up there a good ways. (I'm a 30 year old male) That's a realistic and achievable goal. If I can do a little more, so be it

You can always take the weight off again. Then you bulk up again. It's almost like a yo yo diet for an obese person. ~ Squid, the man, the leagend

Well, I didn't have a cheat or refeed day, as much as it was a "oh dear lord, what have I done?" day. I won't bore you with details, but it involved candy corn and cheeseburgers, lol
I'm all prepped with meals up to Wednesday. After that, I'll be using some new spices I ordered from the spice house (got abut $80 worth coming in the mail). Gotta keep that chicken from getting boring!

In for my hubby!
He doesn't have a body space as of yet but as of last week he joined a fat loss competition at his gym.
I am a stay at home mom/pregnant and so I'm living vicariously through him with this. Im functioning as a personal trainer/nutritionist/personal chef of sorts so I'm pretty vested into making sure we get this right for everyone in the short 7week timeframe.
Starting weight 251
Goal 230No wealth like health. Fortunes lost may be earned again but once health is lost, it's a different story.

I'm in! (If it isn't too late)
I haven't been lifting for these past two weeks or so after a minor injury from bad form on deadlifts and have been eating a lot over the last few months, I'm up quite a bit in weight now. I gain fat so easily. Some strength and a lot of fat has been gained this year lol oh well time to try and do something about it.
Starting weight: 250.8 lbs today (Sep. 3)
Goal weight by end of November: 232
I look forward to being a part of this thread/log with so many of you who are on the same path, these types of things are so motivating, good luck everyone!Oct 2016 - 250.8
Current (2/19/17) - 214.0

Alright, hello, I'm in for this!
Weighed myself at 196 lbs this morning, pretty sure it's a lot of sodium/water bloat after an ill-advised visit to McDonald's last night (lol). My goal weight is 176 - will likely need to cut another 15 lbs on top of that to get very lean. But small steps...
Will be doing IF and eating a small meal at 1pm and a huge meal at 7pm for a total of 1700 calories. Will probably want to eat my own arm after a couple of days but hopefully I'll get used to it.

Hey all. Diet is somewhat in check and I did 30 mins of legs on Saturday and 60 mins of L/MISS on a treadmill and bike yesterday.
@MilkyQuaver, hey back. how was your weekend? I'm doing well, thanks. Meeting more ppl here. I checked out a writer's group last night and ppl came up to me afterwards to find out more about me. I liked them a lot. And I gave a hug to one girl who'd had a stressful day. She was all teary. It's a big group, apparently, and they meet every week. They're in a town that I visit often that has lots of activity, and a lake that I like to stroll around... I've never gone to my gym late at night because the area is somewhat unsafe and it's a bit of a drive from my place, but I went there after the meeting and felt totally fine. The parking lot was pretty full.start where you are
