Each Friday, starting October 7, PM me your weight in pounds as of that day. List the week # or date in the subject, along with your weight. Example: Week 6 - 193 lbs
If you post your weigh-ins in the thread rather than PMing me, chances are I won't get around to putting them in the spreadsheet.

Your goal should be what you want to lose within the thread time frame.
However though feel free to add your over all goals if you want to discuss or advice on them!
Ill join in this one only have a few lbs left to lose then ill be summer ready... oh wait i miss timed that a bit.

Im in again!
Ill provide my start weight after the completion of the Aug-Sept weight loss thread. So far I'm down 14lbs from that challenge and 38lbs from my heaviest.
My goal weight will depend on my start weight obviously but it will most likely be around ~205lbs which is insane to me. I haven't been that weight since high school."I come in peace. I would like to join too! I entered the August/September contest and found it extremely helpful to be held accountable. My weight creeped up 6 pounds in September, but I finally have it back down below my starting point. Having to track it each week really helps.
