You folks do understand that the petition for this one is kind of a pointless thing. Reason being this subject is allowing for public opinion and the best way to get this sorted out is to have the supplement advocacy groups (for which there are several) have their lobbyists take action on this.
This is unlike the kratom scheduling, the kratom scheduling the DEA had closed off allowing public opinion for which even the lobbyists can't do much in terms of getting heard by the DEA and the government, so for that issue a petition was necessary to essentially force the government to respond (when you reach iirc 100k signees on the petition, the government has to respond at that point).
As an aside, guess what is ultimately driving the kratom scheduling as well as the new NDI draft... big pharma lobbyists.Completed Logs & Reviews:
