    Mass gaining program

Hey guys, been running several PL programs recently and just came off a Sheiko cycle which gave me some pretty good gains (+7.5kg squat, +12.5kg bench +10kg deadlift).

I only weight 94kg (208lb), probably about 20% bf and am 6 foot 1.5 so was thinking of hopping on a program with a main purpose of gaining mass. Ideally I want to end up 240lb+ in the long future but for this mass gain I want to end up around 230lb.

What have you guys followed that is great for building mass but still at least maintains your strength on the big 3?

    Cheers
    Competition lifts in kg: 150/95/205

    Competition lifts in lb: 330/209/451

Not the greatest lifts but hey I'm not lying about my lifts on the internet!

Just eat and lift, a goddamn program isn't going to change your weight.

    Agreed.

Every 2hrs eat until you feel like you can't eat anymore… Then eat some more. Repeat from dusk til dawn. Train 3-4 days a week with progressively heavy compound movements. Do this for 12 months straight without missing meals or training and you'll be rewarded with plenty of new mass.
