There are many different ways of having constructive criticism or arguing with people but calling their comments retarded and the way he is delivering is just unacceptable. I am even more surprised to his join date as in he knows the people here or has discussions with them on a regular basis. I am seriously annoyed by this guy

To say Ramy has wide waist you got to be blind or mad. Ramy waist for his size and width is insane. Best in the buisness. Why not saying anything about the midsection and how tight it is? Dexter midsection its ugly and just sucks and its not tight for sure.
And no the factors are not only the width, but the factor is not only the conditioning as well. And when you are talking what more Ramy have he had WIDTH+SIZE, shape, proportion, flow, symmetric. Bodybuilders got to be wide, otherwise they looks drum narrow and tiny and this ruin the whole physique. A big guy with wide shoulders always will be looking better then narrow one. When you are so big and lack width its not aesthetic. When you are narrow you losing the balance in your physique. You need the width if you carry the size.

And i dont see how big legs are going to ruin your physique. Thats bull ***. It could be a problem if you have weak upper body, but Ramy upper body is huge as well. So there is zero issue with his legs, and he has the best legs in the buisness and they can only help him.
And stop talking b.c. about Ramy calves, he has 1 of the biggest calves in the buinsess right now. How ignorance is to talk about Ramy calves, when Dexter have zero calves ? I didnt hear you speak about that, and how hes legs are so small.
Ramy has 1 of the best arms right now, and the guy is talking how hes arms was lag to his legs, omg save us from this guy .... So Ronnie have insane big legs, so what? They ruin his physique yeah right?
Ramy physique is balanced, there isn`t overpowering body parts. His upper body is big, his lower body is big.
You can see overpowering with Phill for example, where he is so narrow and his arms/shoulder overpowering the rest of his body, zero width from the front. Chest looks underdeveloped in some poses.

And no Dexter not winning half poses, Dexter ain`t a single pose to Ramy. When the guy next to you is so much bigger and wider, its 60 pounds for god sake, and you are completely dwarfed and they gift you the win, some guys just need to be quiet. You can cry and talk b.c. when the two guys are close in everything, then say he has better flow, shape and blq, blq, blq, thats why he win, but not when you get owned so much.

Mate, don't take it so personal.

Ramy is a great bodybuilder but he isn't perfect. His calves are too small for his quads (yes he has decent calves, but they don't match his quads although they are getting better) and his lats need more thickness. In saying that though, he should have won the ACE easily.

I don't think Ramy will place top 3 at the 2017 Olympia. I also think it's hilarious that you think he's a "serious contender" for the 2017 Mr Olympia. He may well place even worse at his next Olympia showing if Dennis Wolf returns to the lineup. On top of that, Ramy could easily be overtaken by William Bonac, who is a more complete bodybuilder with better lines, better proportions, and a more detailed physique.

I could see Ramy being out of the top 3 next year, it's quite feasible actually but the 2nd part had me rolling on the floor.

Not sure if trolling but it's literally night and day in that pic. FLS was probably Phix's most dominant pose at this Olympia.

purdey, for the calves you can say they was problem 2-3 years ago, while then they improve drastically. Ronnie Coleman also have bad calves, for sure worst then Ramy, and his quads was also huge, but i dont see he suffer from that. And just like i said calves was a problem 2-3 years ago, right now there isnt many guys with better calves then Ramy. From side they look the biggest from entire Olympia.
And from the front they looks huge. I dont know why people are still lookin at Ramy calves, when they improve so much in recent time.

And hes lats are pretty okay. He may have the best RLS right now. The size and width there is insane. Some guys may looks more thick, but that is because they lack width. Its normal the narrow guy with shorter muscle to look more thick. For example Phill chest, if they was wider, they would not look so thick like they are now.

Ramy's calves are pretty big, they're just overpowered by his monster quads. The only way his quad to calf ratio would be proportional is if he had Dallas' calves.

Ramy's waist is not wide. Actually, it is proportionally smaller than Dexter's waist with less distention. The overall size, lat, clavical and shoulder width and quad sweep far outweigh him having a slighlty wider waist.

What specifically are you talking about, because I thought I made it pretty clear how I see everything. At least I explained my point of view, other then just say "what? Ramy is so much bigger".

Edit: I missed the highlighted flow/proportions. Pretty easy to explain this, Ramy's legs completely ruin the flow of his physique, and that is something I have always said. It would appear the judges agree with me on this as well since Dex won. His oversize legs throw his entire physique off balance and gives him a very odd appearance. His arms and calves lag behind when you compare them.

I can even expand, his waist is wide, hurting his flow in the FDB, FLS, BDB, allowing Dexter's stronger flow and proportions to shine through on those poses. He looks great on the side chest and rear lat spread though, where his legs and waist don't affect him as much/at all.

Also consider that one of the Judging criteria listed for the 2016 season is having a classical physique.

Don't you consider Dexter's calves and turtle-shell waist to be part of the equation? I find it rather odd that you'd contrast Ramy's waist with Dexter's, which is quite obviously one of Dexter's biggest flaws.

Ramy's waist is actually proportional to his body. It has a similar ratio to that of Dorian/Jay/etc., in the sense that it's square but proportional, as opposed to Dexter's waist which is in the worst form; rounding and protruding from the sides.

As for Ramy's legs hurting is flow..I personally don't see it but I can understand how one can come to see it that way.
