The scale is such a confusing concept to me. Last Monday I weighed 163 pounds, weighing in at 10 pm or so, and tonight I weighed in an hour ago (7:30 pm) and I was 169... I don't UNDERSTAND what number to use, but I definitely did not gain 6 pounds. Absolutely no way. I am confusion

Binges don't work for me. No matter how much I fast, once I'm full, I'm full. Unless it's snacking food like goldfish, then I can eat an entire box by myself lmfao
I guess I'll just wait and weigh in a couple weeks? Gah. Kinda kills me not knowing numbers. I don't know if I'm gaining at all or gaining if I should be. I'm using FiveStar Nutrition Chocolate flavor, need something bland that doesn't overwhelm the taste of the shake. Seems to be working pretty nicely, though I'm almost out. Probs Gold Standard ON next.
It's actually not that bad, I've grown to enjoy it. Use quick oats instead of normal for the blend to be 100x better and make the shake a lot less thick

On average days that I use shakes like these, I'm at 110 protein. Needa hit around 160-170 and this shake has 63 grams so it puts me up there. I realize that might seem like a lot but these shakes are eaten over a couple hours. Started this shake at 900, it's now 1230 and I've got a bit left LOL
I'll try that. The pb at least. Trail mix is no longer edible when I'm not on the trail. LOL
