    4 year REAL LIFE progress pics

    Before pics are summer 2012, after pics are 2016. This is 4 years of somewhat consistent lifting but with REAL LIFE thrown in (periods of dirty bulks, failed cuts, illnesses, injuries, breaks from lifting due to school/girls, etc). It's hard to stay on track given that element but with persistence, TIME and a ton of pwo (which I stopped last year due to stimdick) you'll definitely see progress.


    Before Lifts
    Incline DB Bench (each hand) - BEFORE = 5x45, AFTER = 5x110
    DB Shoulder Press (each hand) - BEFORE = 5x35, AFTER = 5x105
    I stopped squatting and DLing last year, buuuuut as of last year.....
    Squat - BEFORE = 5x135, AFTER = 5x385
    Deadlift - BEFORE = 5x225, AFTER = 2.5x510


    Weights
    BEFORE WEIGHT = 179
    AFTER WEIGHT = 208










    For the guys starting out, please feel free to ask me any questions. I made a TON of mistakes during the first couple years and I don't want you to have to make the same ones.

    I started getting very heavy with the deads and squats and didn't want to risk any lower back injuries. Yes form nazis will preach that as long as your form is 100% then you won't get injured but that's not always true, plus you don't need to DL to get a big/strong back.

    I don't do 1RMs I focus on high volume/intensity, but based on a 12-13x225 bench my 1RM is probably around 315 based on calculators
