It's hard to say, because it's so different for every person, but i'd say 11-13% or so, idk really.

This. I usually use dip/chew to keep from being hungry all the time.

Are you doing refeed's to replinish leptin? It will decrease the hunger

id say 13-15% considering youre in a locker room, probably after a workout, if not then 12-14%. Try drinking a chit ton of lemon water, and eating a chit ton of veggies. Im cutting and probably eat 2lbs of veggies a day; usually in the oven with spray butter and salt..

good suggestion, repped, gonna overdo the green veggies. Is using a lot of 0 calories sauces, diet sodas ok or does it cause further hunger?
