Going with the supernova this week! Man lifestyle changes are coming! I’m starting to work a night shift on Monday! Instead of waking up everyday at 4:30am I’ll just be finishing my shift or possibly still working.

Found a nice little surprise on my doorstep this afternoon, it's gonna be a good St. Patty's day. I've got the kiddo this weekend, so I'll start in on that Waxybolic Monday, try it for a few and post up a review. Unfortunately, no booze for me today, or until next week. Half marathon is next Saturday, so I'm looking to clean things up until then. After that you better believe I'm taking the Mugshots challenge and throwing down some booze.

Could be something similar. I put this together using some systems I've used in the past/whats worked for me.
My current routine is split up into Heavy, moderate/technique, and light/volume lifts, with 3 squat, 3 bench, and 2 deadlift variations. It may seem contradictory to someone running a DUP style program because I have some days where I lift heavy in one lift but also do a volume lift. I've found this has worked for me recently though. It was definitely a challenge adapting to the frequency. Intensity started low I just ramped it up in a linear fashion for simplicity, then deload when I'm feel that I need some extra recovery time (usually 5-6 weeks). Here's the set up:
Sunday: Heavy DL, Mod Bench, Light Squat + 1 upper/1 lower accessory
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Heavy Bench + 4 Upper accessory + 2 core
Wednesday: Mod Squat, Light DL + 2 lower accessory + 2 core
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Heavy Squat, Light Bench + 1 upper/1 lower accessory + 2 core
Saturday: Rest
If I add cardio its usually after a lower lift.
Training for powerlifting btw. If I feel good I'll add more accessory stuff, more often on upper days.B. Kinesiology

Mixed my carnibolic mango peach with ergoblast (strawberry kiwi) and in about 40 minutes drank it. The flavor was just amazing, it reminded me of something, just couldn't recall.
A few servings still left. trying to use it wisely Great supp.
BTW store review is also posted. Wanted to use it for a long period of time before writing final thoughts.I lift things up and put them down...

Hit some Arms this morning fasted..
Fueled up my shaker cup with 1 Scoop Supernova & 1 Scoop Anabolic State. Post workout mixed MassFusion 1/2 serving with 1scoop Hydropure.
Nothing fancy..simple 4 exercises for triceps and 4 exercises for biceps..bread and butter barbell curls and skull crushers were the main lifts..http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/photos/view-user-photos/158620
