Hi All,
I wondered if somebody can help me.
I'm currently running X factor for muscle gains and loading pre workout. However, I play soccer on Saturdays and wondered whether I should take X factor on game days given that it is inflammatory. Would I have a higher chance of injury and would it increase doms the next day?
Any help would be appreciated.

Fully agreed on XFA being more effective than the regular, and the results from preWO only cycles never quite matching the cycles where I use it daily.
In the Tampa study the men took 6 soft gels daily, with all 6 preWO on training days.
OP you are good to go using it daily, you can take XF/XFA before your soccer matches.

I used the original x factor back in 07 and had great results. Does the advanced formula work as well? I check bb.com here and there and they never have the original and the advanced is a hit or miss as far as availabilty goes.I miss the straight up AA. Not a huge fan of adding other stuff to AA. I enjoy the muscle aches. Feels good.
