Mike, just don't lose sight of the fact that this is not the best way to go. As mentioned (in not so nice ways), eating real food is more beneficial. Eating more meals per day, while only raising your metabolism short term, but NOT effecting your overall BMR (base metabolism rate), DOES have some other benefits; steadier blood sugar levels, lesser insulin spikes, energy, etc...
My suggestion? Listen to what others posted about preparing food on the wknd that can last you through the week (or at least, 3-4 days) and can be easy and quick to heat up/fix with veggies."If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

Well, thats not exactly how it goes though. To get all my micros I have to make a few different drinks plus eat grains, nuts, seeds.
I make fruit drinks in the mornings, usually pre & post lifting. During the day I randomly juice vegetables, vegetables I wouldn't eat because I hate them.
There isn't a one drink solution, thats not realistic. I have no idea how to juice protein drinks other than whey and I wouldn't wanna drink that all day.
BTW, I say juicing but I use a magic bullet, I just call it juicing.
