I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

Dozen eggs, 1lb lean red meat, 12 oz salmon, 16-32oz broccoli, spinach, kale, 16oz milk, 2 potatoes (white or sweet), couple peices of whole grain bread, 2 tomatoes and an onion. blend on liquify (you will need a large blender) I would cook the meat first. Oh don't forget goji berries those add flavor.
That should do it, enjoy.

Its good enough to sustain monkeys so a couple scoops in some milk and you are set. never have to eat again!!

Thanks BH..Ive looked at them but so many options its crazy. AND if you look at most of the replies you'll see why LOTS of people quit posting questions here. Im not sure what people get out of being so rude to others online? I guess it makes them feel good in their pathetic lives? Not sure..lol..Anyways..Do you have maybe a good recipe for a drink containing a great bit of everyday vitamins? I dont cook that much with everyone working different hours and days so sometimes it would just be good for me to drink down something healthy and then eat something quick.."i think i said that right?"..Thanks bud.

Hey sorry man I was trying to be funny not mean
If you want a serious answer, I've used smoothies as meal replacements before but I'm far from being big or strong so not sure you want to take my advice!
My go to smoothie when I'm dropping weight is a bit of Kale or Spinach, an apple, non-fat milk and whey powder. Could you survive off that? Not for long but at least you are getting some vitamins and protein. In reality, you can put just about whatever fruits and veggies you want in there. Blueberries are awesome in smoothies. Drop the milk and add a bit more whey if you are keeping calories low. Same goes for fruit I guess but an all veggie smoothie isn't nearly as tasty as one with fruit.

Lol I just remembered/mentioned that stuff the other day. I remember taking in high school. I'm pretty sure it had cocain in it. That was the Strongest pre workout I've ever experienced. .
Opie
Just cook a bunch of stuff for the week on Sunday. boil some eggs, Make some burgers, chicken, etc grill up some veg maybe some pasta or rice and throw together quick meals. It will be easier and faster than making a smoothie and washing a blender multiple times a day. It will also likely be more filling and allow you to control your weight easier. You could even buy some containers and have your meals prepped and frozen for the week. Much better than what you are trying to do.

thanks for the info..i love drinking these "healthy" drinks you can buy..BUT..I always wonder HOW healthy are they really? SO I dont really buy them on a regular. I love the V8 juices with fruits and veggies but again..its bottled and is it actually healthy? Probably not..lol..Just so many options its confusing. AND with businesses marketing to people with lies who knows... Thanks again.

eh..no hard feelings..lol..its all good..Im not really trying to lose weight im just looking for something to get all the things you are supposed to get in one shot..instead of trying to cook 3-4 meals a day with all the nutrients in it..having to worry about if you are getting whats right..I dont trust vitamins so I would rather just throw a few cheap things in a blender and drink down raw natural ingredients..Kind of like a homemade liquid vitamin drink I guess..
