I will never understand why companies allow waiters and waitresses to broadcast receipts of people, especially famous people, about how they get a big enough tip. At least one restaurant wasn’t going to tolerate it and fired a bartender for a recent incident involving Pittsburgh Steelers running back DeAngelo Williams.
According to TMZ, this entire ordeal started over Williams leaving a $0.75c.
“It all started when the bartender at the restaurant went to ******** and wrote:
“Just now at work I had Deangelo Williams come in and I waited on while tending bar. His check was $128.25. He left me $129 with no tip but .75 cents. So there you go Steelers fans, your running back is cheap as s**t!!! Smh.”
Williams found out that he was being slandered on ******** and told his side of the story.
““I tried to leave exact change but couldn’t,” Williams said … “I waited on my food for over 1.5 hours.”
(For the record, the waitress claims he was only there for 45 mins).
So, what was allegedly so bad?
For starters, “She never asked for refills,” Williams says.
But what really pissed him off — “I ordered chicken and shrimp in my pasta they put it on my salad.”
When he pointed out the mistake, “They took it back and removed it from salad and put It in my pasta leaving a shrimp tail in the salad.
When he pointed out the mistake, “They took it back and removed it from salad and put It in my pasta leaving a shrimp tail in the salad.”
Williams says “terrible service” means terrible tip.
“I use to wait tables and use to be a bag boy so I know what I’m doing here.””

DeAngelo Williams actually seems like a pretty nice guy, so if he says the service was so bad that the waitress didn't deserve a tip, I doubt he's making it up. Sounds like she was just pissed and thought trying to "shame" him on social media would work, instead she lost her job. **** her.

gjdm to that bar/restaurant
sht like this is stupid, because is it essentially baseless slander. All it takes is one pic for everyone around the world to assume a celebrity is cheap af, and without them arguing it like this guy did, no one would be the wiser to the terrible service he received and the shttyness of the bartender.

Said she never asked for refills. Also, if there is an issue in the kitchen, you let the customer know. You dont just let them wait 90 minutes for their food with nothing. You explain the situation, more drinks, and possibly an appetizer on the house so keep them satiated. You also check to make sure. If a meal takes 10 minutes to make, after 20+ minutes, you should check with the kitchen on the status.
Order Will Be Restored

It's one thing to lower the tip and another not to give one altogether.
You Euro brahs stay the f*ck out. In America you know damn well when you go to a restaurant you are going to be tipping to some degree. To completely not tip is bullsh*t. To leave maybe $10 for a $128 tab should have been sufficient if he felt the service was terrible. That's under 10%. In b4 $10 is a lot, not on a $128 tab. It's relative. Had it been a $10 he should have at least left a $1. etc"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

It's not a reward you dumbasses.
Tipping is a given. You know this heading in.
It's a sliding scale depending on how good the service is, but the scale does not run to $0 IMO. That's degeneracy.
All of you really think you'll get better service if they get rid of tipping and up the hourly pay? LMFAO think again.
It's a pretty good system, don't be a prick and leave $0."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. Exactly. I tip good service every single time. But if you treat me like shet, you're not getting my money.
I don't get this culture of automatically giving money for service, the tip is a token of appreciation. If there's nothing to appreciate, then why give a tip? Cot dem. If you don't like your basic wages? Get another fukking job, I didn't like my pay a year ago so I fukking did something about it.Permanent reminder that MBisonSon is a fgt => https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=181456073
