I joined this forum this forum around 13 years ago when I was 22 and just getting into working out. I havent been on in quite a while but I stayed with working out for 10 years or so then dropped off last 5-6 years. I always came worked out occasionally but just recently started getting back into shape again after we had our second kid. So no I am about to turn 35 next week and I am hoping to keep this up to keep myself more accountable and look for any advice anyone may have.
I am 5' 10", While my wife was pregnant I got up to around 180lb. She had the kid 5 months ago and I cut back down to 165 very quickly. Since I got back down I am trying to bulk back up some. Not sure of a target weight yet, but I am currently up to around 172 lb. My wife is doing great since the kid too and had been a huge motivation. We have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and she weighs less now than she did before she got pregnant the first time.
We have been very good with our diets. We still have a couple cheat meals on the weekends and drink a couple craft beers (high calorie) during the weekend, but we are not trying to be 100% clean. We have both been using MyFitnessPal app for last 100+ days. I am currently eating around 2400 calories a day. My average macros around around:
40% protein; 40% carb; and 20% fats
My workouts are generally 30-40 minutes 5-6 days a week. I come home from work. Go out in our shop and work out there before getting kids. SInce I have been bulking up, I do sort of a tweaked Mat-OT type workout. I will post some of my workouts later once I get intro done.
I am trying to figure out picture posting process again so it may take a couple tries. I am putting a couple pics from 3 months ago (6-8-16), some from this week (9-8-16), and a few of my garage gym.

Welcome back; with that join date, you're one of the OGs on this site.
The easiest way to post pics in a thread is to open a free account on one of the many image-hosting sites such as IMGUR:
http://imgur.com/
Upload your photos to that site, and then post the image links, provided by IMGUR, in your thread.
Good luck. Train hard.No brain, no gain.

YW.
IMGUR offers some basic editing tools, such as re-sizing images. Bring your mouse pointer over the pic you want to edit, and a 'pencil' image will appear. Click on the pencil, and you'll be taken to the editing page. I'll leave you to your own devices to figure it out from there, but it's not really complicated.
Have a good day.No brain, no gain.
