Question about Shieko for Advance lifters

Any advance lifters (+8years of training) had good results with Shieko? Long story short, i have been lifting for 8 years (2 years of bro splits and 6 years of strength training including Max-OT, 5x5, WS4SB, 5/3/1) and hit a plateau for 4 months now. I did some research on the Shieko system and the general consensus is to run 29, 37, 32, 30 in that order. Does that look correct? Also, can i expect to put 100lbs on my total in 3 months? Here are max:

    Bodyweight: 200lbs
    Squat: 455lbs
    Bench: 335lbs
    Deadlift: 525lbs
