body fat estimate.....hoping to end cut by Oct 1

Hey guys:

Need opinions on BF.

Some back story..been cutting for about 5 months...started at 210 with very little definition and no abs or ab outline whatsoever.

Am getting close to being sick of cutting. I'm hoping to be lean enough to lean bulk (low surplus) by oct 1. Hoping to drop 3-4 more lbs by then and start building some more mass.

Thoughts?

Thanks......posted a pic there. Sounds like i may need to tack on another month of cutting to get to the 11-12% range i was hoping to end in..darn

LOL me too........hence the threads. Gotten 2 responses...a 15-16 in this thread and a 13% in the bf estimate thread.

15 % in my opinion also. I definitely dont think its 13 %. . People under estimate bodyfat % a lot on this site and are shocked when they go get a dexascan done
