I'm assuming she lifts since you're getting her supps. I'm going to give you what I would like, woman's perspective and all.

If she doesn't have a good pair of wrist wraps, then get that. I freaking love APT Strangulators. If you don't want to spend the money on Strangs, KLA2000s are really nice and a lot cheaper.
If you're looking for cheaper than that, and she doesn't already have straps, then get those. Just basic straps, maybe with some padding on the wrist loop, no need for the fancy ones with rubber grippy things or anything.
If she's a powerlifter and you feel like making her life, get a Slingshot. Go Reactive unless you're dating someone with Jen Thompson level strength, in which case she probably already has a Slingshot.

...and none of those are supps. So I'll say Birthday Cake or Cinnamon Roll Oh Yeah One bars just to fit the topic. And assuming she likes chocolate and/or Frostys, she will like Select Chocolate Cupcake.

EDIT: Missed the part about contest prep. Other things to possibly add:
Bikini Bite
ProTan Competition Color (and/or Dream Tan if figure/WPD/BB and not NPC) if not getting professional tan

Bars: Get her a variety of Protien bars. It gives her a chance to see which ones she's fond of and what flavors she prefers.

Clothes: the long sleeve shirt pictured looked nice.

Food containers: maybe 1-2 food containers for food on the go

Bands: a flat or super band (I know girls have been using these of late for hip thrusters, squats, side lunges, etc). Or the slingshot

Miscellaneous: a new shaker, or headphones, a funnel to hold protein or pre-workout. Like VO2 mentioned; a pair of wrist wraps would be nice

For trial sizes: the PES Select is a good option, maybe the True Grit Pre (5 servings), 1 MHP Pudding (my wife used to love these; esp the vanilla), Diablo, Outlift, Supercharge


I would also say, instead of a assorted box, how about a assorted gym bag??? Buy her a new gym bag from here and put all the assorted items in said gym bag. I guess it all depends on how much you're planning to spend

I'm sure she'd love it as much as I do. It's actually my favorite piece of workout wear. It's super soft and non-constricting, yet form fitting, and supports my junk well. There's nothing like hitting a hard set of kettlebell swings in that thing, I can feel the spandex expand and contract as I huck that Russian ball of iron between my legs, then UGNH!, throw my hips forward, while the catsuit hugs me so nice in just the right places.

I'm sure she'd feel the same.
