Now I would like double-checking values with another one, just to be sure.
Something well trusted, in grams and %scale would be very appreciated.

What are your current macros?

If you mean smartphone app, then you have myfitnesspal of course.
The only I know of us called "Joy health" or something similar and it is on the web and also smartphones, but it costs a few dollars to use for 3 months.

More importantly, why do you not have faith in the numbers?
If they are working for you, why would you change them?
