Not losing weight even though under maintenance?

Has anyone ever had this issue? All my macros have been added in correctly on myfitnesspal and i have been under calories (400 below maintenance) for a month now and not a pound lost.

If you haven't lost weight in a month (and assuming all tracking is accurate) then, by definition, you're not "under maintenance".

On the bright side you now know exactly what your current maintenance cals are and so can proceed with confidence.

Also, the op signature is ironic.

Agree with the above posters, but don't do anything too drastic. Cut carbs by about 25 grams a day and do a bit more cardio and see if that makes a difference.
