[Champion Performance]Swooshie's getting her Gym Mojo with PWP/Glutez/SYN/ASE

Hey all!!! I'm so excited to train on this stack! Thanks to everyone at [Champion Performance] for giving me the opportunity to try some products I've never tried before. This will be a great run with some awesome, badass ladies

This is what was waiting at my door when I got home last night ~

Champion Performance Pure Whey Plus in Chocolate Brownie (yum!) which looks likes like a nice protein blend and Champion Performance Amino Shooter Edge in Citrus Crush, which is a pre/intra/post workout drink, with the suggested use of twice daily to feed dem muscles!

Waiting for a few more supps to complete the stack, and apparently this is the "T Shirt" that was listed on the invoice ....

I hope a litter box is in the next shipment

Off to the gym with my shakers!!! More about my new supps, and all of my inappropriate adventures in the gym coming up soon!

I noticed it says that on the back, however you have to decide how (or IF) you want to split up your caffeine for the day. I personally never do more than 300mg a day so if I do 3 scoops for a workout then that's it for my day. I suppose you can use it throughout the day similar to coffee. Lol coffee is the adult PWO for people who don't even lift.

Whoot!!! Thanks for joining in! Looking forward to your log starting up!

I'm not sure how I'm going to take ASE yet. The caffeine is part of a proprietary blend listed on the container, so I don't know how much caffeine is in one scoop. Does anyone know???

The invoice said there was a T Shirt in the box, but noooooooooooooo, there was a cat! They must have thought I needed a cat more than a t shirt.

I used 2 scoops this afternoon, so the big test is to see if I sleep tonight. If I don't, thank goodness I have that cat to play with all night

Day 1 training on Champion Performance Pure Whey Plus and Amino Shooter Edge......and it was awesome!

Pure Whey Plus in Chocolate Brownie. I used 1 scoop in 10oz of water. It shook up nicely, with no leftover bits, and made a nice, thick shake, with just water.

I drank this post workout and it was really delish! Has a "deep" chocolate flavor. Rich, but not overly sweet and no aftertaste. And, yes, I drink everything out of a wine glass because I am very fancee like that. I ran out of teensy umbrellas though, but they are on my grocery list.

I mixed up Amino Shooter Edge (ASE) to use pre and intra workout. The wine glass is a little cumbersome during the workouts, but hey, whatever.

This stuff is GREEN!!!!!. Really, really GREEN!!! This will never be consumed while sitting on my white couch ... just sayin. I have the Citrus Crush flavor and I mainly taste lime ......... which is appropriate given the green. I mixed it with 12oz of water. It mixed up nicely, had a small amount of foam, which dissipated quickly and was not overly sweet. I drank it 30 minutes prior to my workout and felt it kick in about 15 minutes into it.

    Workout coming up!

    Supplement thoughts - day 1

I drank 1 scoop of ASE perworkout and 1 scoop intraworkout. I felt like it gave me a good amount of energy to get through my workout and the fact that I can still use my arms and type this, is amazing.

The ASE was really refreshing during the workout and I appreciated the fact that it didn't seem too sweet, or make me extra thirsty, which other preworkouts have done. No weird aftertaste either.

The Pure Whey Plus Protein hit the spot post workout. I really like the Chocolate Brownie flavor. Again, not too sweet, which I like. I like the thickness of the shake and I think it would make a really good protein pudding. I'll give that a try.

    Here's where I'm starting ............

    I'll be 59 in about 4 weeks
Weighed in this morning at 134.8

Our official website has ASE caffeine listed at 102 mg. It should be a completely open formula I am with you.

Most of our other labels are transparent; I hope we facilitate dosing for ASE.

I agree with this statement, plus I am assuming maneuvering with it is trickier at the gym.

Thanks, lowroller!!! I thought maybe you personally put that cat in my box. No?
Correct swoosh, you where the super secret WINNER! My alibi not working, I guess the cat's outta the box on this one!

I am not sure if I like the wine glass/massive session pic or how you took whisker's pic..must be a natural.

The PWP C Brownie's so good I'd use it with all kinds of liquids but water or milk work best. One of our first loggers tried Syn Matrix Guilty Passion and PWP..so anything is doable lol.

Weighed in this morning at 134.8
Swoosh is looking hot!! Count me in....

    Good start to the log.

I don't have my box yet, so fingers crossed I get a kitten too

Coffee is the non sweet PWO suitable for those who lift AND those who don't

I am not sure if I like the wine glass/massive session pic or how you took whisker's pic..must be a natural.

The PWP C Brownie's so good I'd use it with all kinds of liquids but water or milk work best. One of our first loggers tried Syn Matrix Guilty Passion and PWP..so anything is doable lol.

Enjoy the end of summer holiday weekend Swoosh!
Thanks! I tried something new with the PWP this morning! I will share in a minute ....

It is definitely sci-fi green! The powder itself is white ... but once it hits water ........... MAGIC! ooooh!

This cat definitely has above average hair balls ....... and never once hits the hardwood floor.....only the carpet......every single time.....or something white

I've always thought Protein Coffee was such a great idea, except for the fact that I can't stand coffee anything. So, this morning I thought I would try Protein Tea. I made a cup of hot Peppermint tea and mixed a scoop of PWP in some cold water first and stirred it smooth, then added it to the hot tea. It was amazing! Tastes just like Peppermint Hot Chocolate!

    FitNotes Workout - Tuesday 6th September 2016

    Supplements -

Preworkout - one scoop of ASE and one scoop Creatine and three chocolate chip cookies
Intraworkout - one scoop of ASE
Postworkout - one scoop of PWP in Chocolate Brownie

Deadlift disclaimer..... When I starting lifting, at the very (very) young age of 50, I was still in physical therapy for a big leg and hip injury from playing soccer. I decided to "put off" doing deads until I healed up. Well, I'm now almost 9 years post injury and I've still "put off" doing deads. I have no idea why. So, I decided I would start doing them......Today. Yesterday I read up on proper form, and watched some vids and today was dead day. I'm excited to watch my progress during this log because right now I'm Deadlift Mr. Potato Head. I know I won't get to Deadlift GI Jane during this log, but I can at least work towards Deadlift Barbie

    ** FIRST Deadlift EVER!**
    -warm up .....
    - 95.0 lbs x 10 reps
    - 105.0 lbs x 8 reps
    - 115.0 lbs x 6 reps
Definitely can move up on those. Mainly working on perfecto form so I can continue to walk and stuff like that

    ** Seated Cable Row **
    - 125.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 125.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 130.0 lbs x 6 reps

    ** Barbell Shrug **
    - 145.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 150.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 150.0 lbs x 6 reps

    ** Lat Pulldown **
    - 110.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 110.0 lbs x 5 reps
    - 110.0 lbs x 6 reps

    ** Stiff-Legged Deadlift **
    - 95.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 115.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 125.0 lbs x 6 reps

    ** 1 Arm Cable Curl **
    - 30.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 30.0 lbs x 6 reps
    - 30.0 lbs x 6 reps

    Thoughts -

12oz of water seems just about right for the ASE. Otherwise, it's a bit too sweet. I think the Citrus Crush is pretty tasty. I like the lime that really comes through. It's especially good ice cold

The Chocolate Brownie PWP is really delicious. It's one of the best chocolate protein powders I've tried

I'm excited to become Deadlift Barbie .... mainly because I look better as a Barbie than a Mr. Potato Head.

Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Lol, and they had purple too. As much as I like purple, and as much as I knew it would taste like regular ketchup, I wasn't for it. My brother, the weirdo that he is, was all for it.

I wouldn't have even thought of it... and I'm pretty sure I still don't want to think about it. >.<

I usually drink green tea, but the grocery store stopped carrying the kind I liked. I accidentally picked up another kind, and for a berry flavor it tastes pretty funky. Maybe it wouldn't hut to see if chocolate makes it drinkable.
