Mine=blown anybody uses the scoops for any sub. I use spoon and weigh everything on food scale. If I "eyeball" servings of anything then you get me with an entire jar of pb on the end of my spoon lulz.

I weigh it on a food scale, I just zero out the scooper weight first. Volume measurements are unreliable as hell. Sometimes I'll swear two scoops that look the same are 5g off.

It is quite red and ginger-ish - I LOVE how it's coming out. It matches my ginger kitteh Maximus srs.

Almost hearing a New Jersey accent there 0_o . lol it looks lile a honey glazed deck ..I mean ham. Did not know Hobbes had this up her sleeve either, I remember helping my dad a few years ago sanding-staining a deck too. Tons of work if you do it by yourself though.

My husband bought me a Saber gas grill a few years ago. When I try to cook on anything else I just get aggravated. The Sabor does not flare up.

WAHOO, getting this damn push press down! I watched a lot of instruction vids which were decent, but then read the push press section in Supple Leopard about 100x and had the book open to that during my workout for reference. Man Supple Leopard is da shizzle lol. That book helps me so much, they explain everything really well. So in just one session I increased my push press by 15lb. I want to get to a plate by the end of the comp. I bet I could squeak out a 125, and hell I'm practically at a plate, 10lb increase in a couple months should be pretty easy if I keep working on my technique.

So this was still a deload day, didn't do any "serious" lifting. The push press is more of a practice thing and pull ups aren't even lifting really, people need to do their pull ups! And wore my new ANIMAL grey Iconic today, badass shirt, rocked the Large, perfect amount of arm room for pressing lifts.

Yessssss, now that I have some idea wtf I'm doing with this push press I can roll with it. That move was confusing/10 before I looked it up in Supple Leopard.

Also holy Fitbit. I had 9.5k steps before 11am and am up to 21,600 now. Busy Ham is busy.

Noooo, surprisingly did not get a drop of stain on any of my clothes. Blows my mind how people on tv are portrayed wearing clothes plastered in paint, what a bunch of uncoordinated potatoes!

Busy is right... that is a lot of steps.
I got to 6500+ by 11AM today, but that's not even close to yours.

That's a good amount though, if you can get half your steps by noon you're doing fine.
